Hello, We are seeking healthy adults to particpate in a graduate nutrition research project.  Specifically, this research is examining correlations between the dietary inflammatory potential of a meal, and the level of sleepiness you feel after your meal. Participation involves a short survey and dietary recall 1 hour after a meal and will take about 15-30 minutes to complete. Participants must be at least 18 years old and are able to read English, but not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a serious diagnosed medical condition.
