Study On Fathers

Dear father,

My name is Marina Vladimir and I am a doctoral student at the University of Texas at San Antonio. If you are a father to a child who survived sexual abuse, I want to hear your experience. Whether your child is a minor or an adult, you are welcome to participate. The purpose of the study is to offer fathers a platform to share their own thoughts and experiences. The study requires an interview that will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour. The interview will be conducted through a phone call. All identifying information will be kept confidential. I will offer $20 Amazon e-gift card for participation in the interview. Please consider participating if:

• You are a male who is at least 18 years of age
• You are a caregiver or a parent to a child who survived sexual abuse
• You are not the sexual abuse offender
• The abuse has been reported to proper authorities and it is no longer occurring
• You are available for an interview
