Mindhike Physical Activity Study

Do you want to be more active, but find yourself making excuses to avoid exercise?

The MindHike study of the Boston Roybal Center for Active Lifestyle Interventions at Brandeis University is looking for participants. The goal of this study is to investigate ways that adults can become more physically active.

You will be asked to wear a Fitbit step counter and use the MindHike smartphone application for 2 months. All aspects of the study can be completed from your home at your preferred time without any in person meetings at the university.

What are your benefits?

You will receive a Fitbit Charge 4 fitness tracker as well as $25 for completing all aspects of the study.
