Developing Global Leaders - Research Project Invitation

Hello! 

My name is Gary and I am a doctoral student at Colorado Technical University (CTU).  I am in school pursuing a Doctor or Management degree with a concentration in Global Leadership.  I am conducting a research project seeking to explore the global leadership competencies needed to create global leadership development programs.

The participants who I am looking for to contribute my study are those that have experience as a manager/leader within an international/global organization and also have experience developing other leaders who manage/lead across country borders.

If you'd like to provide your insight towards my research project, the participant's piece of the study will consist of completing an informed consent form, and about a 45 minute 1 on 1 conversation/interview which will entail discussing what global leader skills, models, strategies, and knowledge you use or have used to create global leadership development programs.

The meeting between the participant and the researcher will either be conducted by phone, zoom, and skype (whatever is most convenient for the participant) and will be audio-only.  If you are interested in participating please contact me.  Thanks for taking some time out to read this invite, and I hope to chat with you soon about global leadership.
