List Your Daily Activities And Complete Several Surveys

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of recording daily activities. You will be asked to provide your email and mobile telephone number so that we can send you links to the online surveys and reminders throughout the study. You will be asked to answer some initial questions about yourself in a 15 to 30-minute survey; you will then be asked to complete 5 daily activity logs based on instructions provided by us over the course of a week, and then another survey (15 to 30 minutes) at the end of the week. You will then be asked to complete an additional 15 to 30-minute survey one week and three-weeks later. Thus, you will spend about 4-6 hours, total, on this study. You will receive a $30 gift certificate for your initial participation, and another $10 for participation in each follow-up (i.e., $50 total for completing all parts of the study). Please note that you must be 18 years of age, and able to read/write proficiently in English to participate in this study. Your participation in the study is completely voluntary, and no one affiliated with any organization or group you belong to will be informed about your participation, unless you chose to disclose to them.
