Employment Motivation And Satisfaction

My name is Kimberly Johns and I am a PhD student at Northcentral University. I study what motivates workers their job. The study can be used by companies to understand the employees and what motivates them at work. Anyone born between 1946 and 1992 can take the two online surveys. The first survey will tell me what motivates on the job. The second survey will tell me how satisfied with your job you are. I am extremely appreciative of your time. Each survey only takes 5-10 minutes.
