Reflective Practice In Learning & Development

You are invited to participate in a research study about how Learning & Development (L&D) practitioners engage in reflective practice. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between reflective practices approaches and perceptions of organizational support for learning. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time. The information you provide will help researchers to better understand what really happens on the job when it comes to reflective practice which, in turn, can contribute to improvements in how reflective practice is taught in college and university programs that train individuals for L&D careers.
