Reflective Practice: What Happens On The Job?

Dear Learning/Training and Human Resource Development Professional,

You are invited to participate in a research study about how practitioners in our field engage in reflective practice. This research project is being conducted by Dr. Shahron Williams van Rooij, Associate Professor, Learning Technologies, at George Mason University, USA. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between reflective practice approaches and perceptions of organizational support for learning. If you work in a non-academic organization (industry, government, non-profit), the information you provide will help researchers to better understand what really happens on the job when it comes to reflective practice which, in turn, can contribute to improvements in how reflect practice is taught in college and university programs that train individuals for careers in Learning/Training and Human Resource Development. Your participation in this study is voluntary. If you choose to participate, click on the link below to proceed to the Informed Consent form and start the 10-minute survey. If you have any questions about completing the survey or your participation in the study, you may contact me at swilliae@gmu.edu. Thanks in advance.
