Walking Study

Are you interested in using a phone app to increase your walking?

Recent research has found that walking regularly can help improve memory, attention, and decision-making, as well as reduce both stress and the risk of cognitive decline.

The Boston Roybal Center (RALI Boston) and Lifespan Lab at Brandeis University are looking for individuals ages 60 and above to take part in a 4 week study investigating the use of a phone app called WeChat to increase walking. It involves filling out questionnaires and communicating with our research team via the app, email, and telephone. At the completion of the study, you will receive $25 gift card at the start and another $25 gift card at the end of the study in appreciation of your contributions!
