Observability

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR RESEARCH ON OBSERVABILITY AND THE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS IN ITSM

I am looking for volunteers to participate in a multi-round Delphi study as subject matter experts in ITSM.  My name is James Santiago, an NCU doctoral student, and this study is for my dissertation.  As a participant in this study, you would be asked to complete one to three rounds of a questionnaire and feedback phase depending on being a reserve or primary participant respectively.  Participants will receive one $25 amazon gift card for completion of each round.  Each round can take approximately 20 minutes to complete with 1-3 feedback phases taking 5-10 minutes each.  I am seeking 1 survey length evaluator, 3 field testers and 20 participants.  Requirements for participation are on a point scale which includes items such as professional association membership, years of experience in the implementation or management of ITSM, conference presentations, and similar indications of experience in ITSM.
