Therapist Characteristics And The Therapeutic Relationship

My name is Andy Woodall and I am a 5th year doctoral student completing my dissertation at Adler University. I am interested in what attributes of therapists positively impact the therapeutic relationship, and thus influence more effective therapy.

 

Therapists who are actively practicing and meeting with at least one client for at least four sessions are invited to take a series of questionnaires that will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. No client identifying information will be asked. By participating in this study, you have the opportunity to be entered to win one of five $20 gift cards to amazon.com! You may be in training or a licensed practitioner to participate. If you are not currently practicing in a clinical capacity, you are not eligible to participate as this study requires you to reflect on your relationships with a client.

Participation in this study is completely voluntary and you may exit the survey at any time. No identifying information will be kept or traced back to you in any way. Your participation is completely anonymous and I have no way of knowing if you choose to participate. Your participation in this study does not in any way influence my relationship with you.
