Glass Ceiling Beliefs
My name is April Bush and I am a doctoral learner in Leadership in Higher Education at Capella University. For my dissertation research, I am conducting a study title Exploring the Relationship of Glass Ceiling Beliefs and Levels of Career Satisfaction of Leaders in Higher Education. The purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between glass ceiling beliefs and the level of career satisfaction of leaders in higher education and to determine if gender moderates the relationship. The goal of the study is to provide information on the gap of women as leaders in higher education.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age, currently work in higher education, and serve in a leadership position. The study is open to both men and women.
If you meet the above criteria, I encourage you to complete the survey. Participation includes completing a survey online through Qualtrics. The study contains to short surveys as well as several demographic information. Participation in anonymous. Participants will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
