What are the main differences between subscriptions?

The number of messages that academic researchers are able to send, and the number of research participants that each message can be sent to. For example, the Extended Subscription allows researchers to send up to 60 messages for each subscription period (1 year), and each message can go to up to 3,000 research participants.

This means that your research participant recruitment messages (assuming the extended subscription) can go to up to 180,000 research participants.

Extended, Departmental, and Group subscriptions also include advanced message statistics showing you exactly how many people opened your messages, as well as how many links were clicked- allowing you to assess the effectiveness of your messages.

How are Subscriptions Billed?

All FindParticipants subscriptions are automatically renewed, and may be cancelled at any time from the bottom of the Payments & Billing page in your researcher account. Basic subscriptions are automatically billed $34.99 each month, and other subscriptions are automatically charged annually.

What if I need a group account?

No problem! We have three Departmental Group Subscriptions to meet the needs of larger research groups.

  • 5 Users: Billed annually at $1,299.00
  • 10 Users: Billed annually at $1,999.00
  • 15 Users: Billed annually at $2,499.00

All departmental group subscriptions include up to 100 outgoing messages per subscription period, unlimited participants per message, reminder emails, and advanced message statistics.

Departmental group accounts allow a single user to administer sub-user accounts, and existing FindParticipants.com researchers with approved accounts can be added to new departmental group accounts.

If you require a group subscription that allows more members, contact us, and we will work with you to create a solution that best fits your needs.

What is PCI

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. Essentially any merchant that has a Merchant ID (MID).

The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) was launched on September 7, 2006 to manage the ongoing evolution of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards with focus on improving payment account security throughout the transaction process. The PCI DSS is administered and managed by the PCI SSC (www.pcisecuritystandards.org), an independent body that was created by the major payment card brands (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.).
