Hi.  My name is Salome G. Rowe. I am a doctoral candidate at Capella University conducting a research study about happily married African American women raised without their biological or surrogate fathers. I am seeking participants for my dissertation study.  My criteria are purposive/constricted. However, the study's merit is so heightened by these criteria.

 Are you an African American female who was raised in the United States or an American-Owned Country, raised solely by your mother, or female surrogate, who has experienced fatherlessness (did not socially or emotionally bonded with your biological or a surrogate father by age 10 years or younger)? Are you, now, between the ages of 45 and 60 years old and in a healthy marriage that has lasted for 20 or more years?

 If so, I need your input (descriptions) on a 12-question semi-structured Skype or PGI interview for my case study about African-American heterosexual women raised in single-family (mother-custodial) homes who maintain long-term, happy, healthy marriages. Study participants who complete the study will receive a Visa $25 Gift Card that is accepted at any of the millions of merchant locations that accept Visa Debit cards within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
