Dear Potential Participants,

Hello. My name is Heather Batin and I am a PhD student in the School of Communication Studies at Ohio University. I am writing to encourage you to please consider assisting me in my current research study exploring perceptions to mental health conditions and stigma. 

If you choose to participate, you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire which can be administered via your computer or smartphone. The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to complete. Participation in this research study is voluntary and you can choose to leave the study any time you wish.
