Free prize draw terms & conditions:

1. TO ENTER: Every individual who indicates an email address and ‘FindParticipants’ at the end of the survey and who fulfils the eligibility criteria stated in 2. below will automatically be entered into a draw to receive the prize. There is no charge to enter. By submitting a response to the survey, including email address and ‘FindParticipants’, it will be assumed that you wish to be entered into the draw, and in doing so are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. If you do not wish to enter, please do not indicate ‘FindParticipants’.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Every individual on this invite who is of the age of 18 or over will be eligible to take part in the prize draw. 
There is a limit of one entry per individual.

3. TO WIN:The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

4. THE PRIZE: One prize will be offered: an Amazon online voucher to the value of $50.00 or equivalent in other currencies. No alternative prize, or cash alternative will be offered.

5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The winner will be notified by e-mail in May 2018. The prize will be made available in the same month.

6.  CANCELLATION: We reserve the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control.
